HERBS AND REMEDIES FOR ACID INDIGESTION
Herbs that may help are meadowsweet, marshmallow, liquorice and camomile, which can be taken as teas. You may need to take meadowsweet for several months to see any benefit.
Attention to diet is also important. Linseed can be of assistance.

Clipper Sweet Liquorice
These wonderful smelling liquorice teas are a great tonic and is also anti-inflammatory, perfect for anyone. They may help to relieve stiffness, heat and pain in muscles and joints. Tea taken at night may ease acid reflux and is helpful for gastritis or peptic ulcer. May also be used for sore throat, cough and mouth ulcers.
Liquorice Root Shredded
Make this into tea, and you will not need to add sugar. This is naturally sweet. 50g
