GARLIC is valuable not only for lowering blood pressure, but also reducing cholesterol. Best taken raw, crushed into salads or dressings or added to cooking at the last minute. Garlic also comes in capsule form.
Eating DARK CHOCOLATE can reduce the risk of circulation problems by 27% and lower blood pressure.
Rosemary, Liquorice or Nettle may all be taken as teas. Honey or sugar may be added for taste.
