DEPRESSION
The herb best known for treating depression is St Johns Wort. However, other herbs used are damiana, golden root and rosemary. These can be taken either as a herbal tea, or in the form of tablets.

STRESS
Herbs for stress include Siberian ginseng, ginseng, liquorice and withania. If you are stressed due to giving up smoking, having liquorice root sticks handy may be of help. The rich flavour combination of sweet blackcurrant, ginseng root and
vanilla has a delicious taste. It has an exquisite rose blush colour.

Ginseng is a good way to stimulate energy.
SIBERIAN GINSENG helps the body adapt to changes and stress. It can provide much needed support in times of poor health. Good for tiredness and exhaustion and jetlag. It is a valuable remedy to aid recovery after surgery or radiotherapy. It plays a role in supporting people with cancer where resistance needs to be strengthened
