HERBS AND REMEDIES FOR
GALLSTONES
Gallstones and kidney stones are mainly made of hardened calcium deposits. They grow in size and can become extremely uncomfortable. Sometimes, surgery is the only option to remove the pain.
Some studies show that people who consume vinegar on a regular basis in their everyday food, have a smaller chance of suffering from gallstones. It is thought that apple cider vinegar works as a solvent to soften or even dissolve stones. It can be used to make salad dressings or pickles.
The easy way to take vinegar is, of course, in capsules. You can also sip neat cider vinegar in small amounts but it is not very pleasant (always rinse your mouth out with water after drinking pure vinegar, as it can attack tooth enamel).

GALLBLADDER FLUSH
There is a remedy called a gallbladder flush, although I have no proof that it works. Always check with your doctor first before undertaking this.
Fill an 8 ounce glass with one part virgin olive oil, two parts organic apple juice, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Drink it down, and repeat twice more on the first day. Sleep on your right side, pulling your right knee toward your chest. On the second day, only take the mixture twice. During the flush, eat no solid food. Drink only organic apple juice for both days. On the third day, eat a raw salad. Make a dressing made from the vinegar and olive oil. You will hopefully find tiny greenish-brown stones in your bowel movements after doing this flush. Those who are taking medication, who are not in full health, and those that have a physically demanding job, should avoid this. Even if you are healthy, check with your doctor first.
