ACNE & BOILS
Herbs that are useful are burdock, yellow dock, red clover, echinacea,
tea tree and zinc. Acne may be helped by calendula, available in creams,
and very often by a supplement of zinc, either by capsules or by eating
pumpkin seeds.
Tea Tree Essential Oil
Tea tree is unrivalled for its antiseptic action. It is a must for a
first aid kit. It is effective at fighting fungal infections for hair, skin and nails.
Useful for ME and invaluable for cystitis, thrush and itching in that
area. Tea tree oil can be used for acne, athletes foot, boils,
carbuncles, chicken pox, herpes, verrucas, warts, cuts and wounds. For fungal infections
apply neat tea tree oil sparingly twice daily.
Pumpkin Seeds 100g
Pumpkin seeds may help with acne, due to zinc content. They can be nibbled directly or added to breads or flapjack.

ECZEMA
Try herbs such as oregan grape, calendula - possibly as a cream, burdock
and gotu kola. Evening primrose oil capsules make a useful supplement for eczema and dermatitis. It is considered safe for children. For best results, take capsules for several months. A soup or nettle tea is believed to help eczema sufferers.
Evening Primrose Oil
Evening primrose oil is well known for its use during the Menopause,
